Non-Returnable Products

All Peep products, including cosmetics and contact lenses, are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products purchased in the wrong shade, colour, or finish
  • Change of mind purchases
  • Personal preferences or dissatisfaction with product selection
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers
  • Allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or eye sensitivities

Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If your shipment appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package.

We recommend that you:

  1. Refuse delivery of the package.
  2. Contact our customer support team immediately with your order details and any relevant photos, if available.

Packages refused due to visible damage or tampering will be returned to us by the courier for further review.

Please note that once a shipment has been accepted by the customer, it will not be eligible for return, replacement, exchange, or refund, including cases where the outer packaging or box is found to be damaged after acceptance.

Product Reactions and Sensitivities

Individual skin and eye sensitivities may vary.

Before using any product, we recommend:

  • Reviewing the full ingredient list available on the product page.
  • Performing a patch test prior to first use, where applicable.
  • Following all usage and care instructions provided.

As our products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for reactions related to individual sensitivities, allergies, or irritation.

Sale and Promotional Purchases

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, discount events, or special offers are subject to the same policy and remain non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
