Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse Monday through Saturday.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase. During peak periods, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines will vary based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Cities: 2–3 business days after dispatch
• Other Locations: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or service disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.

You can use this tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress and expected delivery status in real time.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Our fulfilment team begins processing orders promptly to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. We therefore recommend reviewing your cart, shipping details, and product selections carefully before completing your purchase.
